Your coach will ensure that every voice is heard, and they will bring the perspective necessary to map out your coaching journey and define your coaching objectives.

3. Weekly Coaching Calls

Each week combines group conversations with individual sessions so that everyone is supported. Your coach will uncover the thinking that is running your family's show, challenge your assumptions, and give you actionable clarity that will lead you to your desired outcomes.

4. Daily Journaling

Every family member keeps an individual journal, and together you share a group journal. Coaches read and responds to your journal every day on our private and secure platform, identifying the thinking patterns and beliefs that shape your family's results. This ongoing feedback creates immediate clarity and accelerates change between sessions.
