Course Details

What is it?

An immersive and interactive 5-week course that equips Chairs and facilitators with advanced coaching skills. You will learn how to lead conversations that inspire, engage, and transform your members.

Where does it happen?

Live online through Zoom. Every session is face-to-face with Kim and fellow participants, creating a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Who leads it?

The course is taught by Kim Ades, President and Founder of Frame of Mind Coaching^® and JournalEngine^® Software. Kim has worked with hundreds of leaders and facilitators and knows exactly what it takes to shift from managing meetings to leading transformational coaching conversations.

When is the next cohort?

Our next session begins March 9, 2026. Participants will receive their first homework assignment on March 2, 2026.
